Your enquiry

When you submit the form, your contact details, selected service and message are securely stored for Klik Ekspo Group to review and respond. Consultation requests may include your preferred date, time and time zone. Submitting does not reserve a stand or confirm an appointment. If you choose email or WhatsApp instead, you review and send the message through that service.

Information you share

If you send an enquiry, it may include your name, email address, company, country and the information you provide about your plans. Please include only information relevant to your request.

How your enquiry is used

The organising team uses your message to respond, discuss the requested exhibition or service, and coordinate related follow-up. An enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.

Website functions

The website does not add advertising trackers or newsletter subscriptions. Photographs, fonts and the TIF31 film are served with the site. The silent homepage video respects reduced-motion and data-saving preferences. Other films load a Google Drive or YouTube player only when you choose to open them; the provider then processes that connection under its own privacy practices. External links and your email application also operate under their own privacy practices.

Protecting the enquiry service

The website uses short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit automated abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Enquiries are accessible only through authorised administration. Contact info@klikekspogroup.com to ask about, correct or delete information you have submitted.
