Exhibiting at TIF32
When and where is TIF32?
The 32nd Tirana International Fair takes place on 3–6 November 2026 at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana.
Who can exhibit?
Albanian and international companies, business groups, institutions, trade agencies and chambers can discuss participation. Private companies may apply directly for a stand; joining a national pavilion is optional.
How do I request a stand, and what does it cost?
Send your company profile, preferred area, sector and display requirements. The team will propose available positions and a quotation based on the space, stand format and services you need.
Can we present several companies or projects together?
Yes. A group stand can give several companies, brands or projects a shared presence, with individual display areas and space for demonstrations and meetings. The layout is developed around your priorities.
Which exhibition area should we choose?
Start with your main activity: POWER for construction, property, energy and infrastructure; EXPLORE for tourism and hospitality; AGRO for agri-food; TECH for business technology; Gallery of Nations for international pavilions. If you work across sectors, the team can help plan a presence and meetings across the fair.
Can you help with stand design and logistics?
The team can coordinate stand planning, production and practical participation requirements. Share your dimensions, display items, equipment and delivery needs so that the scope and responsibilities can be included in the proposal.
Meetings & the professional programme
How does B2B / B2G matchmaking work?
Before the fair, you specify the sectors and company or institution profiles you want to meet. The team identifies relevant participants and coordinates meetings where there is mutual interest. Tell us the purpose of each meeting so the agenda can support your objectives.
Can we present an investment project?
Yes. Share the project, development stage, type of investor and proposed form of cooperation. With partners in England and the US, we are preparing an investor programme. An introductory online discussion can help assess fit before potential meetings; financing or investment is not guaranteed.
Can our representative speak at a conference?
Send a proposed topic and speaker profile. Conferences and panels are being prepared around the specialised exhibitions. Contributions are discussed with the team according to sector relevance, the programme and available places.
Can we demonstrate or launch a product?
Discuss a demonstration at your stand or a dedicated product, service or project presentation outside the curated conference sessions. Share the content, equipment, space and technical needs in advance so the team can assess the suitable format.
Are speaking roles and extra visibility included with every stand?
Conference speaking roles are selected by invitation and editorial merit; sponsorship does not include or guarantee a role. Stand space, dedicated presentations and additional communication opportunities are agreed in the participation or partnership proposal.
Visiting the Fair
Is the Fair open to everyone?
Yes. TIF32 welcomes the general public and professional visitors, including students and organised groups. You do not need to represent a company to visit the exhibition.
What are the opening hours and admission arrangements?
Daily visiting hours and admission arrangements will be published once confirmed. For professional visits, business meetings or organised groups, contact the team in advance. Individual activities may have separate registration requirements. Programme times are local Tirana time.
What is the venue address?
Palace of Congresses — Pallati i Kongreseve, Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit, Tirana. Use the Albanian venue name when searching for directions or booking a taxi.
How do I reach the Fair from the airport?
Travel from Tirana International Airport by airport bus, licensed taxi or pre-arranged transfer. The airport bus serves central Tirana; plan your onward journey to the Palace of Congresses. What activities can I attend beyond the stands?
The programme is being developed to include conferences, business and product presentations, demonstrations, tastings, cooking shows and networking. Check the details of the activities you wish to attend when the programme is published.
How long should I allow, and where can I find exhibitors?
Allow a few hours for a general visit, or half a day or longer if you plan meetings and conference attendance. The TIF32 directory and floor plan will be shared when ready. During the fair, ask at the information point for help locating a stand or activity.
What is the Hosted Buyers Programme?
The programme is intended for qualified professional buyers seeking suppliers and purchasing opportunities. Contact the team for the application form and conditions. Applications are assessed individually; participation and any hospitality arrangements require written confirmation.
Can you advise on accommodation, transfers or parking?
Send your travel dates, number of guests and transport needs to the team. Accommodation and transfer options depend on availability and written confirmation, with a separate quotation where applicable. Ask in advance about parking, coach arrivals or drop-off requirements.
How can I request accessibility assistance?
Contact us before visiting if you need step-free access, assistance between exhibition areas or particular arrival arrangements. Describe your requirements so we can provide accurate venue information and help plan your visit.
Can I arrange a student or group visit?
Yes. Schools, universities, professional associations and company delegations should contact the team in advance with the organisation name, group size, preferred date and sectors of interest.
How can journalists and media teams attend?
Contact the organiser about press access and interviews. Include your name, outlet, contact details, intended visiting date and any requests for interviews or event coverage.
International companies & other services
Can a chamber or trade agency organise a national pavilion?
Yes. We can help coordinate a national or regional pavilion, company participation, delegation logistics and relevant business meetings. Start with the participating sectors, approximate group size and business objectives.
Can we use market-entry services without exhibiting?
Yes. Market research, partner identification, commercial introductions, investment facilitation and local coordination are available as separate engagements or alongside an exhibition.
Do you organise events for other companies and institutions?
Yes. We plan and deliver commissioned exhibitions, conferences, corporate presentations and institutional or cultural events. The scope can cover a complete event or selected services under your organisation’s mandate and brand.
